Adult Gymnastics & Aerial Fitness

Our Adult Gymnastics & Aerial Fitness training is brought to you by former Cirque du Soleil Star Olga Sidorova. Choose to get trained in: gymnastics, contortion, flexibility, mobility, hand balancing and of course aerial fitness. The latter will prepare you for equipment in the air (choose from trapeze to silks/tissu and more).

Our aerial fitness classes take place in a small and fun group of 2-6 students in the beautiful Prince Alfred Park, Surry Hills, a 5-minute walk from Central Station.

  • Gymnastics & Aerial Fitness

    This is the base where we develop all strength to perform on the ground or in the air. We evaluate your movement patterns. You will learn static, dynamic and rotation movements in a graduated fashion. You will build core stability and long lean muscles required for acrobatic and aerial work.

  • Contortion, Flexibility, Mobility

    Contortion & flexibility training will help you to develop amazing aesthetic lines, extensions and shapes highly desired by any aerial and acrobatic performer. We will increase your flexibility, mobility and achieve your potential, particularly in the areas of splits, shoulders and back (or other areas of your choice).

  • Hand Balancing & Handstand

    This training enables you to feel your body so that you can balance in a variety of challenging positions. You will be able to stand upside down for a long time and move the body through the equilibrium.

We are for students at any skill level from beginner to pro. Our small classes ensure an individual program for each student.

Where:

Our Aerial Fitness training is outdoors in the amazing Prince Alfred Park, Surry Hills just a 5 minute walk from Central Station

Times:

Because we’re a small group, we will make it work to your & everyone’s availability. We make classes on weekdays and weekends, at different times of the day! Our group training sessions go for 2 hours!
