11 hours dance trapeze
  1. difference between static and dance trapeze (3 hours)
  2. connection between floor and trapeze (3.5 hours)

each session based on the above

Module Two

13 sessions – 26 hours
11 hours static trapeze
  1. skills using the ropes on static trapeze (3 hours)
  2. beats and swing (3.5 hours)
  3. moving upside down in space (3.5 hours)
  4. discussion and theory (1 hour)
11 hours dance trapeze
  1. moving upside down in space (3 hours)
  2. everything about spinning (3.5 hours)
  3. spinning and skills combined (3.5 hours)
  4. discussion and theory (1 hour)
4 hours rope/bungee/pole
  1. climbing skills (1 hour)
  2. drops (1 hour)
  3. moving in space (1 hour)
  4. using flexibility (1 hour)

11 hours aerial ring
  1. above, below and on the ring (3 hours)
