Aerial Creative Workshop
with former Cirque Du Soleil Solo Trapeze Olga Sidorova
DITA’s Aerial Workshop Program will take you to the next level of aerial display! We give you the tools necessary to choreograph your own performance and skills for directing acts.
Suitable for all: from Beginner to Professional
(we will lower the equipment for those not yet confident at height)
MODULE 1:
EQUIPMENT
Learning to connect with the apparatus, the air & the audience
MODULE 2:
MOVEMENT
Learning of body awareness, different types of shapes and forms in the air
MODULE 3:
EMOTION
Expression of feeling through movement & different methods to tell a story
Equipment: Static Trapeze, Dance Trapeze, Lyra / Aerial Hoop, Tissu / Silks, Bungee, Rope. … or equipment of your choice.
Dancing in the Air workshop change my life. I feel liberated and more in touch within myself. I love how it’s challenging my mind , emotionally and physically. It is now part of my fitness and wellbeing.
